The Chernobyl Historical Workshop hosts regular meetings on establishing cooperation between Kharkiv public organizations that work in the social, environmental and cultural spheres. The purpose of such meetings is interaction, joint planning of socially significant events, development of self-help strategies, as well as strengthening of the dialogue with state structures.

Here are the main events that were organized and held on the initiative or with the active participation of the Chernobyl Historical Workshop in Kharkov:

On 20th December at V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, the presentation of the conception of a resource media center for people with visual impairments was held. The presentation of the media center was the final stage of the project “Raising of chances for getting education for young people with disorders of sight”.
On 13th November, a presentation of the book “Ukrainian Minstrels” was held on the International Day of the Blind. The uniqueness of the book is that it is published in a universal design: on the pages of the book, the story of kobza playing art is printed in an enlarged ordinary print and in Braille.
Within the project “Raising of chances for getting education for young people with disorders of sight” the Ukrainian delegation visited German modern resource-educational centre Blista which provides educational and rehabilitation services to people with sight disorders.
On March 7, on the eve of the International Women's Rights Day, the training "Women's Entrepreneurship: From Idea to Product" was held at the Chernobyl Historical Workshop.
